Yes! Be it the self destruction of Sears....but they will take you down also. Remember when things get to going tough, its easier to take away from your employees to support your high end living styles, even if it is detrimental to your employees familys well being. Insurance audit..........could this possibly be another way for Sears to duck out on paying several months of their portion of your insurance payments? Now imagine them cutting your children off of the insurance plan stating that you did not send them the information that they requested after you faxed it 3 times. Now imagine your 5 yr. old getting severely ill, and two of your other children getting sick at the same time. Sears heartless management doesnt have to look into the childrens eyes nightly, and try to comfort their illness . God forbid the child die from illness........the managers might send your peers an email the next day that can only be checked before their last call, after their first call, not during lunch, and not while they are on their cell phone, and if your peers decide to goto the funeral in your support, they will probably break at least 10 company policies endangering their own well being...............hhhhhhhhmmmmm. Does this sound possible? I will not let my child die from incompetant Sears management, but this scenario is happening, and my children are going to be fine.............not from the caring side of Sears, but the caring side of their parents.
